One of the season’s highlights came when the Huskies triumphed in the 2nd Annual Range War, defeating local rivals Hettinger/Scranton in a hard-fought battle that thrilled fans and secured the team's local bragging rights.
Thanks to their strong performance during the regular season, the Huskies earned the #2 seed in their region, a position that allowed them to host a first-round playoff game. The hometown crowd gathered with high hopes, but the South Border Mustangs proved to be a formidable opponent, defeating the Huskies and ending their playoff run.
